1. Preparation

Welcome to the Program, I'm sooooo very excited you are here !

Ok, the video above says it all. In a nutshell, preparation is important in creating a GREAT Vision Board. Take some time now to create or collect the following:

1. Allocate a minimum or two and up to 4 hours of uninterrupted time so you can focus on doing just this. Schedule it so you can do it without disruption.

2. Decide who you will get into your creative flow with. You can do this course Solo or in a Group. Either way works.

If you are going Solo, that’s great, you get to work with me without anyone else's distraction or conversation and you're talking back to me on this course....

If you are going to do this in a Group be careful who you choose to do this with. Please note: you do NOT want anyone in your group that is going to tear down your visions, challenge your dreams or share with you why you can’t have what you want. Yuck! Don't have anyone in the room with you that does that. It’s better to be on your own, working with me here online (talking to the computer), then have other people’s rubbish being tossed around in the background of the next few hours you create your future in.

Also, if you are doing this as a couple... I suggest you each do your own Vision Board for yourself first. Then after you each have your own, then do one for the two of you or your family (or future family) or business. In my experience, if you don't have your own personal vision sorted out and are only having just the group/family/community vision active, then over time, you will start to feel like your own personal heart desires are never being met, you are continually sacrificing time, energy and emotion into the 'greater good' and the 'what about me' factor will start to rear its ugly head. You want to have some of your personal vision incorporated into the bigger goals and visions of the people and groups around you. That make it easier for you to achieve the things you want and also, keep you moving forward on all the areas of your life, not just focussing on yourself. So, do one for you first, then do the couple/family vision.

3. A pen that works, and a backup pen/pencil just in case

4. A notepad or something to write on that’s got either lots of space or lots of pages. Again, something that’s not limited that works for you. Some people like to draw, some write, or bullet point and some create lists or random words.

5. A BIG piece of paper A2 or A1 size to stick on your images and inspiring messages to yourself.

5. Optional - a computer with internet connection and the ability to print. Sometimes a magazine doesnt have the images we want and a google image search will find the perfect image.

6. An expectation that THIS session is going to be the start of something GREAT for you and your life.

7. An ability to play some cool and fun music for you to play in the background when you are sticking and pasting and creating your dream board that keeps you in the mood of possibility.

8. An allocated space on a wall where you are going to be able to see your masterpiece every day!

9. That’s it... now let's get going. There’s no time to waste to create your future!
